What would happen if an organisation did it?
This is the story of reservations in India.
The govt is trying hard to please everyone before the elections.
We will officially cross 50 percent reservation in India for education & jobs. This means that every 2nd person does not deserve to be there 🙁
But there is hope, because the people who work harder & are more talented will always rise & shine.
Only 2 percent of the population of India pays direct taxes & runs the fastest growing economy of the world. Which to me is the best example of an amazing story of talent.
India’s economy will surpass USA’s economy by 2040 to become the second largest, reservation or no reservation 🙂
What do you think?
Will doling out reservations really help the country?
Will it really upskill someone who does not have the skill?
Should a family name or the size of the house decide whether a person deserves to be selected?
