This was a while back when I was a novice at decision making.
I remember my process of decision making used to be based on my feelings or on my logic.
When I went by my feelings it was an emotional decision and I lost in the bargain. I ended by being fool hardy.
When I went by my logic I was never connected to the decision, the soul was missing.
Once I had to take a call to quit a job because of a extremely bad boss. Emotionally I just wanted to quit. But the job was very good otherwise. I took a balanced decision to quit after sometime till I found something better.
It was a turning point of my career, I quit only after I got my dream offer.
How do you take decisions?
What is the process you follow?
Is it working for you?
