Vishwapriya loves calling herself the proverbial half-eaten Cookie & an Amoeba. She is a half-eaten cookie as she believes she is a Work in Progress, just about explored less than half her potential, is a hungry learner & there is more to her. An Amoeba cause her best skill is her LQ (Learning Quotient); she is agile, sharp, ‘gets’ people, she gets into understanding another’s motives, she can adapt to contexts, cultures, organizations & people very swiftly. She moves like an Amoeba – effortlessly & yet retains her very level headed humble self. She speaks many languages including English, Tamiz, Telugu, Kannada & smatters of Punjabi. She also speaks the language of the heart & the beautiful language of the hurt, to aid change.

Her Passion

Priya has more than 2 decades of experience in various facets of Human Resources in diverse industries. Her expertise lies in Diversity Inclusion, Change Advisory, Ethics & Code of Conduct, Staffing (including Leadership/CXO levels), Rewards Management, Learning, Organization Development, Cultural Change Programs across geographies, Leadership interventions, Training & Talent Management.

She likes to believe that she is a Survivor, she wears her scars as her proud badges, has survived very many struggles & traumas. She began her Coaching journey to end her own games of playing the victim & wanting to help others, while she helps herself. She opines that wisdom may come from a place of surviving odds & adversities. She is a big Rumi (poet & philosopher) fan, applies these dreamy inspirations to her logical Coachees & also tries to get her dreamy Coachees to experience the fatal realities of the world. She strongly opines that Diversity is a mere here say if one doesn’t follow it up with Inclusion as a way of life or as a practice.

She is an ACTP ICF certified Life Coach, loves helping people achieve their dreams & is exposed to insightful Behavioral Laboratory techniques of ISABS. She has a questioning academic oriented mind & loves picking up a new learning ever so often. Priya is an Oxford Scholar & Ambassador’ from University of Oxford & also an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K), India. She is a fitness enthusiast who believes in holistic life transformation by being aware of everything that one actually consumes, be it food, thoughts or people-company. She is a stand-up Leadership facilitator & APP accredited on various psychometric tools, Action Learning, Experiential & Catharsis based De-briefs.

Some of her intense assignments include the Avantha Group where she crafted their Organization Development charter from scratch across all their Global businesses. Then, the very Global new age Learning Solutions & Publishing organization Pearson, where she was heading Human Capital for their India Subcontinent Education business. With Pearson, she also held coveted roles of Culture, Change & Communication to assist Businesses in their Global Transformation agenda, bringing in a strong focus on their Inclusion mandate across Change Programs.

Priya was also with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Numero Uno Big4 Consulting Brand where she was heading Human Resources for their Financial Advisory vertical. She has been the North Ethics & Diversity Champ in her previous roles & her Oxford Thesis on Gender Diversity has been received very well. She holds a special connect for Diversity & tries to practice Inclusion in small ways in her everyday life. She believes we are all diverse in our own ways & organizations today need to embrace this uniqueness with maturity & professionalism. She opines small steps are the way to bust cloning in businesses today & building in simple practices to appreciate differences is critical from Hiring, Systems, Performance Management, Feedbacking & in Processes.

Her strengths lie in working with Leadership by Coaching & supporting them for organizational excellence. She has worked on end-to-end Diversity Strategy, then in executing for large businesses by aiding them to create a policy, structure, system & implementation mechanisms on a long-term cause-effect relationship basis. She has worked around various tenets of Diversity – Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Challenged, LGBTQ+, Inclusivity needs across business geographies.

Her focus is also around Culture Coaching to help Leaders & Managers adapt to change effectively, professionally, with a positive outlook towards progress & renewal.

Priya opines that People Transformation is more than just a mere day’s job; she is on a mission to help people look ‘within’ & get in touch with their ‘inner voice’. She has a keen interest in Personal Branding & is an architect of Change. She believes that ‘Executive Presence’ is critical for both personal & professional success – she trains & writes extensively in this area.

She helps in making people beautiful inside-out using her 6Cs of Psychology sciences framework that builds ‘Gravitas’: Composure, Character, Confidence, Charisma, Connection & Credibility. She deploys’ the 5 Factor Executive Presence frameworks of Kinesics, Oculesics, Proxemics, Haptics & Vocalics extensively. We strongly believe we are all about CSS – Character, Substance, Style.

Her Coachees are in the age range of 18-65. She is viewed as a Change agent who is leading the way to support an inclusive & culturally sensitive workplace. She is currently coaching leaders from the LGBTQ+ community, CXOs & Management Leaders of various organizations. She predominantly works with the five essential conditions for learning – insight, motivation, capabilities, real world practice, accountability & how cultural differences can influence Coaching effectiveness.

Her Vulnerable side

She is a strong believer in the Inner Mastery & Self transformation journey. She works on the ontological levels of ‘Being & Becoming’. She likes to grow herself continually; her head chatters a lot while processing, analyzing & making sense of matters, while she has trained herself to let her heart take over to touch people. She is kind, humble, learning agile, nurturing yet fiercely dogged & passionate about her life goals.

She loves reading, working out, have soulful conversations & can also sing a mellifluous tune or two! She is super interested in the paranormal world, believes strongly in the number-pattern synchronicity, a huge horror flick fan yet strongly believes in the spiritual realm of the bountiful universe.
