Born & raised in Mumbai, India. Heetarthi has completed her Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with a strongly rooted belief in research & analysis, she savors the significance of perspectives on problems & finding solutions. 

Heetarthi believes in persistently evolving, learning & growing, to explore potentialities at work & in life each day. She is fond of practically applying psychological concepts & frameworks at work. Her internship experience under a Clinical Psychologist has disciplined her to listen & understand humans in their core sense from a place of empathy.  

Her intriguing infatuation with ideas of Existentialism & Mindfulness describes her perfectly as a chaotic calm, possessing a darkly humorous resilience. She finds her escape in cooking delicious delicacies & books.
